Castle Rock Computer Solutions was founded in 2009 by James Watson. At just 18 years old and entirely self-taught, James began repairing computers from his one-bedroom apartment. Soon afterward, he acquired Data Medics, merging the two businesses and expanding the services offered to the community.

In 2014, James opened the company’s first retail storefront on Wilcox Street in Castle Rock, where the business remained until 2023. Computer Solutions then acquired and relocated to Laptop Repair’s location, which is further down Wilcox Street, allowing the company to continue growing while serving even more customers.

Today, Castle Rock Computer Solutions proudly serves both residential and business clients throughout the area. James is an active member of the local community, participating in Castle Rock’s Parade and providing on-site computer service throughout the region with the company’s recognizable wrapped service vehicle.

Alongside his team, Josh, Tyler, Mike, and Shawn, James is committed to delivering honest advice, exceptional customer service, and high-quality computer repair and IT solutions. Their combined experience and dedication allow Castle Rock Computer Solutions to offer a wide range of services while providing the personalized support that has earned the trust of the community for more than 15 years.
