Castle Rock Computer Solutions was created in 2009 by James Watson. At 18 and completely self-taught, James started out in his one bedroom apartment, and shortly after, acquired the computer repair company Data Medics and merged companies. Later, he was able to open a store in Castle Rock off of Wilcox Street. He has been at that location from 2014-2023, then acquired Laptop Repair and relocated to their address, which is also off Wilcox Street. He participates in the Douglas County Parade every year, and drives around with his wrapped Computer Solutions car, doing on-site calls and delivering computers and components to customers. James strives to provide high quality work and customer service, with support from Mike, Shawn, Jared, Josh, intern James and Artemiy who help expand his company’s available services and hours.
